New details on the 2012 Honda CR-V, 2012 Honda Pilot and 2012 Honda Ridgeline have surfaced around the Internet this week. Howdy Honda, the leading Honda car dealership in Austin Texas, is proud to bring you information on the new 2012 Honda models we’ll be seeing before the end of the year.
2012 Honda Pilot: The new Pilot crossover, which will go on sale in September 2011, will feature a big change in the front fascia – the current thick-chrome grille will be substituted by a more modest three-bar grille. The interior accommodations weren’t left behind either, including a new navigation system and audio system. In addition, the new 2012 Honda Pilot will have a six-speed transmission which Honda believes will lead to the highest EPA-estimated mileage of any three row crossover in the market.
2012 Honda Ridgeline: Honda also announced a few details on the improvements made for the new 2012 Ridgeline, set to go on sale November 2011. In addition to greater fuel-efficiency, the model gets a new trim-level called the Honda Ridgeline Sport. The Ridgeline Sport will add the following features: exclusive black 18-inch alloy wheels, black honeycomb grille, standard fog lights, black headlight and brake light housings, and black mirrors and door handles.
2012 Honda CR-V: Maybe the most buzz this week has been surrounding the pictures of the brand new 2012 CR-V crossover because of its contrast to the current model. As many have noticed the styling changes, the new CR-V was given a more graciously aggressive look with a three-bar grille, inspired by the Honda Accord CrossTour, and a deeper sculpting of the body lines, which make the vehicle more aerodynamic. Additionally, the car will feature 5-spoke machined alloy wheels and bold fender flares to emphasize the vehicle’s dynamic capability. On the inside, the new 2012 CR-V will have Honda’s new i-MID system that made its debut on the new 2012 Civics, which will feature an in-dash LCD screen and steering wheel controls.RSS Feed
