"I recently purchased a 2010 Accord from Howdy Honda. It was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership, from start to finish.
I wanted to call out Derek Adams, the salesman who made this happen (at least from my P.O.V.) Derek was one of the best salesman I have ever met (car, high tech, widgets, etc.). He was genuinely nice, and cared throughout the whole process. I cannot stress enough that having him as a salesperson made me feel at ease throughout the whole process, and not doubt Howdy Honda in one way, shape, or form. Having a salesman put our car sale before his commission was the closer on it, and his dedication to his family.
I want to thank Derek and the internet sales staff for the amazing car buying experience. One such that my wife is already eying a Pilot from your showroom, something that has never been done.

While I'm partial to the crew in Express (the good folks from Louisiana), today Clint Collins was outstanding in getting my CR-V in and out, and in less time than I expected. In addition, while the guys in Express know that I don't like to have my car washed at Howdy (only because it isn't wiped down, and I hate water spots!!), I forgot to tell Clint. He ran my car through again because some of the stops had started to set. He actually started wiping her down for me!! I took over for him because I knew that was going above and beyond, and I wanted him to take care of other customers that may have needed his service. He also took some good-hearted ribbing from Rick about the extra service. I hope those that ask for him get even half the service I received this morning! Jennifer Reid even offered me her own cloth!!
Jeff, I may be repeating myself, but I'm one of those people who believe in the positive effects of building relationships with those you do business with; that is why I will not do business with Classic here in Round Rock, where I live. If I can't speak to a human on the phone, where I'm concerned, what's the point? They have never returned any of my calls! I no longer waste my time with them, I'd rather drive through Austin to Howdy!
Before I go any further and write a book, just let me say once again for your great service teams...

Clint handled our situation wonderfully, but we had to return after our initial service to repair what was suppose to be fixed the first time. We are both working parents and the multiple trips to Howdy was inconvenient. It all worked out in the end, but I would like to expect a little better quality care in the future. We will be back though - primarily because of how great Clint was."

"Every experience I've had with the Howdy Honda Service Department has been pleasurable. There was a time when my vehicle was accidentally put in a different line when I took it in to have an oil change and it ended up taking a lot longer that it should have but when the staff recognized their error they were quick to compensate me and as always, provided excellent service. I enjoy everytime I take either of my vehicles in for service because the staff are always polite and courteous and provide quick excellent service. I appreciate the way they've informed me of parts that needed to be replaced but also appreciate how they don't make you feel pressured or obligated to purchase the parts. Best Service Department I've ever experienced, Keep up the great work!"

"I just dropped off my CRV with you for some maintenance and repair
about an hour ago. Of course, I cannot comment on the quality of the work
performed since that has yet to happen.
I can comment on the manner in which I was treated, though. Instead of
simply dropping off my car at the mechanic, your new facility and your fine
staff made me feel like I was visiting a five-star hotel! What a nice and
impressive place you have built. The quiet Internet room and children's play
area are the types of detail that show the care and thought you put into
your business. We bought our CRV at Howdy Honda seven years ago and have
taken that (and other vehicles) in for servicing numerous times, so I can
appreciate the improvements. Jennifer Howard was the person who assisted me.
