What is the Honda Owners Link?

The Honda Owners Link is the official website for Honda owners. Use the Honda Owners site to access vehicle information specific to your Honda, receive exclusive service offers, manage your service records, access your owner's manual & warranty information, find instructional guides & videos, and more.

Who can use the Honda Owners site?

Anyone can sign up on the Honda Owners site. Although it is designed for those who own or lease a Honda, you may use the site to learn more about Honda, and set up an account without adding a vehicle.

How do I register for a Honda Owners account?

You can register for a Honda Owners account by clicking "Register" on the top right of the page, filling in the information requested (email, first name and last name), clicking & activating the link sent via email, and completing the account registration form with your personal & vehicle details.

How do I update my account information?

To update your account information, you must first log into your account. From there, click on "Your Account" link located right under the main informational dashboard (where you'll see an image of your Honda). You will also find "My Account" links located throughout the site; all of them will take you to your account settings. Once on your account settings page, you may make changes directly in the appropriate box. When you are finished, click the "Save Updates" button.

Can I make a payment on the Honda Owner's Site?

No. But, if you financed or leased your Honda through Honda Financial Services you can make payments, view eStatements, view payment history and more through their website:

Can I close or disable my Honda Owners Account?

Honda Owner accounts cannot be disabled. By disabling your Honda Owner account you may disable access to any other accounts you have established with Honda. Please contact Customer Service at (800) 999-1009 Monday through Friday 8:00am to 7:00pm (CST) for further assistance.

What should I do if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, please click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link right under the sign-in fields and enter your email address. If you added security questions during your registration, simply follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password. If you do not have security questions, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. You will be asked to setup security questions and answers to reset your password.

The system is telling me I can't register. Why?

You may already be registered. Try clicking "Forgot Your Password?" and following the instructions. Or, if you just purchased or leased your Honda recently, try again in a few days since our system may not be updated with your account yet. If in a few days the system still tells you the same thing, contact Customer Service at (800) 999-1009 Monday through Friday 8:00am to 7:00pm (CST) for further assistance.

How will my personal information be used?

The information you supply during registration is used to customize service offers and messages from Honda. Your information is private.

What is the break-in period for my Honda?

Pay extra attention to how you drive during the first 600 miles to help assure your Honda's reliability and performance. During this period avoid full-throttle starts, rapid acceleration, and hard braking (brakes need to be broken in by moderate use).

How do I know if my Honda has been affected by a recall?

If your Honda is affected by a recall, Honda will notify you by mail. The letter will detail the model and model year affected, reason for the recall, and recall number (for the dealer). You can also find recall information in the Honda Owners Link, in the Recall page under the Service & Maintenance section. If you have any doubts, please contact Customer Service at (800) 999-1009 Monday through Friday 8:00am to 7:00pm (CST) for further assistance.

How can I get a replacement key?

If you need a replacement key, just call or visit Howdy Honda.

How can I find the codes for my radio and navigation devices?

At some point you will need your radio and/or navigation code to unlock your device. Please follow the directions on this post to retrieve your code.

What is the new Honda Owners Workshop?

Our free Honda Owners Workshop is designed for new Honda owners who want to learn more about the different components of their vehicle and want to ensure the optimal performance of their Honda throughout their years of ownership. Howdy Honda's Service Director leads the clinic and service advisors as well as Honda trained technicians are on-hand to answer and explain vehicle-specific questions. The Owners Workshop is held once a quarter at Howdy Honda. We provide free food, refreshments and door prizes.

Why should I attend an Owners Workshop?

There are lots of great reasons to attend a Honda Owners Workshop! During the Owners Workshop you will:

  • 1. Receive in-depth information about what's covered and what's not covered in your warranty.
  • 2. Become familiarized with the Maintenance Minder, maintenance schedule, and receive tips for at-home maintenance care.
  • 3. Have a better understanding of how your new Honda functions and how to keep functionality and performance at an optimal level.
  • 4. Discuss safety-related items like tire pressure, thread and wear.
  • 5. Learn what the service lights on your Honda's dashboard mean and how to tell if it's an emergency situation.
  • 6. Receive advice on the best times to get your Honda serviced at Howdy Honda.
